Two weeks left to claim lottery prize for ticket sold in an Ontario city

There are two weeks left to claim a lottery prize for a ticket sold in Hamilton, Ontario.

The Lotto Max second prize, worth $144,943, is from the Tuesday, April 16, 2024 draw, Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation said in a press release on Wednesday.

The winning numbers from this draw are 15 – 19 – 22 – 28 – 34 – 36 – 46 with bonus number 25, and the winning ticket was sold in Hamilton.

Players must match six of the seven main draw numbers, as well as the bonus number, to win the second prize.

Players have one year from the draw date to claim their prize.

If you believe you bought the winning ticket, or perhaps lost it, you will need to provide specific details including where and when the ticket was purchased when calling OLG Customer Care at 1-800-387-0098.

The OLG prize claim verification ensures that prize ownership and eligibility are confirmed before a prize is paid.

There are several ways to check lottery tickets. People can scan the ticket on the OLG App or check winning numbers on OLG.ca or sign up to have the winning numbers emailed.

Ticket holders can also call at 1-866-891-8946; or visit a lottery retail location and use the self-serve ticket checker or hand it to the retailer.
