Two towers are proposed as infill on a property with an existing apartment building in Mississauga.

The proposal is for 1315 Bough Beeches Blvd., near Dixie and Rathburn roads.

WND Associates Ltd., the property owner, is proposing to redevelop the site, adding two 18-storey buildings connected by a six-storey podium, according to a notice from Ward 3 Coun. Chris Fonseca.

The residential buildings will be purpose-built rentals, and the existing 20-storey residential building will remain on the property, the notice says.

Fonseca has organized a community meeting with the property owner and City of Mississauga staff to hear more about the project.

The meeting is at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 23, at the Burnhamthorpe Community Centre (Fleetwood Village Room), 1500 Gulleden Dr.

For more information, see Coun. Fonseca’s website here.
