Two splash pads open in Oshawa

The first two Oshawa splash pads opened today in time for the Victoria Day long weekend.

Splash pads at Delpark Homes Centre and Lakeview Park – both accessible pads – opened for fun business May 17 as a cool option for the warm weather heading our way. Additional splash pad options will be available the week of May 22.

Oshawa’s splash pads operate daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. until Labour Day, with hours extended to dusk during heat alerts.

Camp Samac outdoor pool and will open for the season on June 19 and Lakeview Park Beach will be staffed with lifeguards on the same day. Both will be in operation until September 4.
