Two People Injured During Armed Home Invasion in Mississauga

Two victims suffered minor injuries during the course of a home invasion in Mississauga.

Shortly after 9:30 p.m. on Sunday (Dec. 11), Peel police announced that a home invasion in the McLaughlin and Derry Road area had been reported.

According to police, two victims suffered minor injuries and two suspects fled on foot.

The first suspect is described as a black male who is 5’5″ with a thin build. He was last seen wearing all black clothing. The second suspect is described as a black male with a heavier build.

Both suspects are armed with handguns and a knife.

It is not known what direction the suspects fled in.

Police said that the incident appears to be isolated and that there is no known threat to public safety at this time.
