Two more COVID-19 deaths in Durham, including one more at Hillsdale Estates in Oshawa

Durham Region reported 15 new COVID-19 cases Monday and two more deaths from the virus.

One of the fatalities occurred at Hillsdale Estates in Oshawa, the fifth death since an outbreak was first reported August 26. The other death happened in Ajax.

Oshawa reported five of the new cases in Durham yesterday. Ajax and Pickering both reported three new cases of the virus while Whitby and Brock were COVID-free.

There are currently four people in hospital with one in ICU. There are 152 active cases of the virus.
