Two men grab narcotics in robbery of Oakville pharmacy

Halton police are searching for two men who robbed a pharmacy last Friday afternoon (Nov. 11) in Oakville.

At approximately 1:20 p.m., two men entered the Ironoak Way facility and proceeded to steal narcotics before fleeing the scene in a vehicle described as a sedan.

The complainant called police from a locked room in the pharmacy. Patients were also inside the locked room.

“No weapons seen or indicated,” said HRPS constable Steve Elms. “No serious physical injuries were sustained.”

The two suspects are described as being approximately between 16 to 20 years of age.

The investigation is ongoing.
