Two hospitalized after overnight stabbing in Brampton

Two people were hospitalized after a stabbing took place overnight in Brampton.

Around 1:00 a.m., it was reported that two people were stabbed in the area of Heritage Rd and Steeles Ave.

They were both transported to local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Responding officers located and arrested the suspects, who had fled the scene on foot.

The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
