Two drivers caught stunt driving in same north Oshawa location

Police arrested two drivers for speeding and stunt driving yesterday at the same location in north Oshawa.

Members of Traffic Services impounded two separate vehicles for stunt driving at Columbus Rd and Wilson Rd. just east of the village of Columbus.

A 21-yr old man with a G2 license was caught doing 147 km/hr in his Volkswagen in a 50 km/hr zone. As well, a man in his 40’s driving a Ford pickup was clocked at 107 in the same spot.

Both men were charged with speeding and stunt driving.

Police did not release their names.
