Two Canadian actors among owners of new gym in Mississauga

A popular gym has recently opened up a new location in Mississauga and the owners include two Canadian actors.
F45 Training is a global fitness community that specializes in high-intensity group workouts that were designed to improve energy levels, metabolic rate, strength and endurance.
F45 Training currently has several locations across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and several in Mississauga including one in Port Credit.
The newest location, which just opened in Clarkson, is located at 1900 Lakeshore Rd. West.
The new location has a total of four owners, which include fitness industry pro, Jesse Dunphy, actor and fitness fanatic Robbie Amell (known for his roles on The Tomorrow People and The Flash), part-time actress, Italia Ricci (known for her roles in Chasing Life and Designated Survivor) and Clint Turnbull, the founder of Turnbull Masonry.
For the last few weeks, the new F45 location has been posting teasers to their Instagram page to let the public know they’d be opening soon.

“We can’t wait to be open and welcome all of you to our F45 studio,” reads a recent post on Instagram.
“In the meantime, we wanted to introduce ourselves for you to put names to the faces you’ll be seeing at your new favourite spot to sweat.”

The post, which has racked up hundreds of likes, also features several comments from users expressing their excitement.
“Let’s go! Great group of trainers! Can’t wait,” wrote one user.
“This looks like a great place to train,” wrote another user.
