Truck rollover in Brampton closes Steeles Avenue

All eastbound lanes of Steeles Avenue at Goreway Drive in Brampton are closed after a truck rollover on Friday (March 4).

Around 11:15 a.m., police said a truck and trailer rolled over in Brampton on Steeles Avenue at Goreway Drive.

The trailer’s load had spilled onto the roadway, leading police to close eastbound Steeles Avenue near the incident to all traffic.

Police are diverting drivers onto Goreway drive and are advising motorists to find alternate routes and avoid the area.

UPDATE: All lanes of eastbound Steeles have reopened.
