Trio robs Brampton convenience store, police say

Three men are on the loose after robbing a convenience store in Brampton late Tuesday (Aug. 3).
Peel Regional Police says they were called around 11:04 p.m. about a robbery that occurred in a store in a plaza at Father Tobin Road and Torbram Road. The suspects had a knife and a gun. It is believed that they fled the scene in a light-colored vehicle.
The employee was not physically injured.
