The Mother’s Day Brunch Menu includes a savoury Mushroom & Spinach Frittata made with an aromatic tomato sofrito, white truffle oil, Parmesan, creamy ricotta, and focaccia toast. 

For those with a sweet tooth and a love of French toast, Scaddabush’s decadent Chocolate Hazelnut French Toast is made with Challah bread and garnished with Nutella® cream, banana Bailey’s sauce, toasted hazelnuts, a touch of icing sugar, and of course maple syrup.

For families looking to keep celebrations closer to home, Scaddabush also has you covered with an effortless, at-home brunch kit that includes a recipe card and all of the ingredients to create Scaddabush’s signature in-restaurant brunch dishes (Chocolate Hazelnut French Toast, Mushroom & Spinach Frittata, Social-Size Mixed Greens, Arugula Salad, plus fresh fruit) – a perfect option for those who want to spend some quality time with mom while cooking up a delicious brunch at home.

To add an extra touch to the celebration, the at-home Mimosa kit is also available and is perfect for making those meaningful toasts to Mom.

Mother’s Day brunch kits can be pre-ordered by calling your local Scaddabush. All orders must be received by May 7th at 12 noon and orders can be picked up on the 7th before 3 pm.
