Traffic lights are out and emergency crews are directing traffic following a transport truck rollover that closed parts of two major roads in Brampton.

Peel Regional Police say the crash happened shortly after 10 a.m. on Friday (Oct. 6) at Airport Road and Steeles Avenue in Brampton.

A transport truck rolled over in a single-vehicle collision and while no injuries have been reported the crash has knocked out traffic lights in the area.

Police were on the scene directing traffic while the lights were out and crews closed northbound lanes of Airport Road from Steeles Avenue to Intermodal Drive, as well as one westbound lane of Steeles.

The roads reopened around 3:00 p.m. and police said the traffic lights were back in working order.
