Transport truck rollover crash leads to road closure in Brampton

Crews are working to reopen a stretch of road in Brampton after police say a transport truck was involved in a rollover collision on Monday.
The crash happened shortly before 2:30 p.m. on Orenda Road, according to Peel Regional Police. Officers say the only vehicle involved in the crash was a transport truck that rolled over near Victoria Crescent.
The crash led police to close Orenda Road between Dixie Road and Victoria Crescent, which was still shuttered as of 3:30 p.m.
Clean-up crews are on the scene and police are asking drivers to avoid the area and find alternate routes if possible.
No injuries have been reported, and police have not given an estimate for how long the closure will remain in place.
