Transport truck crashes into back of construction vehicle at Hwy. 401 and 407 in Milton

Two drivers sustained minor injuries in a crash involving a construction zone truck at Highways 401 and 407 in Milton.

A transport truck crashed into the back of the construction zone vehicle, OPP said in a tweet this morning (April 12).

A construction crew was working at Hwy. 401 and 407 at the time of the crash.

Five crash trucks were on the scene blocking lanes for the police investigation and clean up.

The transport truck driver faces careless driving and fail to move over charges, police said.
