Police are advising Mississauga motorists to avoid an intersection where a driver allegedly struck a pedestrian late on Monday night (Oct. 25).
At 11:07 p.m., Peel Regional Police received a call about a collision at Morning Star Drive and Goreway Drive. However, minutes later, they said neither the car nor the pedestrian could be located and officers were still canvassing the area around the intersection.
In any event, Peel police did not retract their advisory that drivers should use alternate routes for the time being.
