Traffic light out at Mississauga and Eglinton in Mississauga

A traffic light malfunction at the intersection of Mississauga Road and Eglinton Avenue is causing major delays in Mississauga. 

The malfunction is reportedly due to construction in the area. There is currently no estimated time for when it will be fixed. As a result, there is extreme congestion in the area. An officer is directing traffic, and drivers are instructed to obey their signals. 

Additionally, if possible, drivers are advised to find alternative routes and expect lengthy delays if not.
