Traffic delays expected to last 5 months in this Hamilton area

Motorists in Hamilton can expect a long period of traffic delays starting Monday (Aug. 23) if they’re travelling through Centre Rd in Waterdown. 

Road closures are scheduled to be in effect between Concession 5 Rd East and Parkside Dr. until Jan. 10, 2022.

DESO Construction Ltd will be completing the installation of a watermain, sanitary and storm sewers, and road reconstruction.

Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour.

The City of Hamilton says there will be no impacts to HSR routes.
