Tractor trailer jack-knifed, QEW at St. Catharines down to one lane

The QEW on the Garden City Skyway was down to one lane after a tractor trailer jack-knifed on the Fort Erie bound side this morning (Feb. 25) at 9:30 am.
The right three lanes and shoulder were completely blocked by the truck, funneling traffic down to one lane.
Making matters worse was after the truck’s collision with the guard-rail, it began leaking diesel fuel as its gas tank ruptured.
The OPP haven’t updated whether the highway is fully open but as is apparent from the video, it was going to take a little time to cleans the mess up.
