Townhomes near a natural heritage preserve are coming to North Oakville as part of new community Nava Oakville by developer DiGreen Homes

Construction is officially kicking off at Nava Oakville, the now selling master-planned community of 146 new townhomes surrounded by natural beauty, parks and trails, and a natural heritage preserve in north Oakville.

Planned by GTA developer DiGreen Homes, this walkable and naturally-inspired urban community is expected to bring townhomes, a future mid-rise condo, and retail to the highly sought-after area of Sixth Line and Jack Bowerbank Boulevard, between Burnhamthorpe Rd. W and Dundas St. W.

The Phase 1 three-storey townhomes are designed to offer luxurious living while easily connecting residents to surrounding nature, parks, and trails. That includes direct access to trails through the beautiful natural heritage preserve on the community’s east side, with a number of townhomes backing onto the ravine for private views.

Unlike other communities building townhomes directly on Sixth Line, the site of Nava Oakville is set back to the west of the preserve, away from the busyness of the road for a more tranquil feel.

The townhomes are freehold, meaning each resident fully owns their home and pays no monthly condo fees.

Slated to finish construction between 2025 and 2026, the community’s presentation centre is now open at 231 Oak Park Boulevard in Oakville, and is ready to offer more information to those interested in the new community, including a look at the elegantly designed kitchen and ensuite.

Close proximity to parks, trails and community centres

Nava Oakville features direct access to trails around the natural heritage preserve that spans 1.94 hectares, with the pathways designed to be both walkable and bikeable. A selection of the Traditional Towns back onto the ravine, giving residents a private view of gorgeous nature right from the comfort of their homes.

Beyond the community itself, Oakville is home to some of the best nature spots in the GTA, with over 1,400 hectares of parkland, 200 kilometres of trails, and more than 200 parks. That includes several parks and trails within walking/biking distance of Nava Oakville, such as Preserve Woods, Bowbeer Parkette, Settlers Wood and much more, allowing residents to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest and admire Oakville’s beautiful nature.

With Oakville nestled on the shores of Lake Ontario, residents are never far from the picturesque harbours and lakefront views. The town is also home to a variety of popular dog parks, skateboard parks, tennis courts, sports fields like the Sixteen Mile Sports Complex, and golf courses such as the Glen Abbey Golf Club.

A variety of spacious luxury townhomes

The new townhomes at Nava Oakville combine luxury with affordability. They boast an elegant and modern design: 10-foot-high ceilings on the main floor, extended upper kitchen cabinets, interior and exterior pot lights, and a modern frameless glass shower enclosure in the primary ensuite, among many other features.
