Townhomes near a natural heritage preserve are coming to North Oakville

Construction is officially kicking off at Nava Oakville, the now selling master-planned community of 146 new townhomes surrounded by natural beauty, parks and trails, and a natural heritage preserve in north Oakville.

Planned by GTA developer DiGreen Homes, this walkable and naturally-inspired urban community is expected to bring townhomes, a future mid-rise condo, and retail to the highly sought-after area of Sixth Line and Jack Bowerbank Boulevard, between Burnhamthorpe Rd. W and Dundas St. W.

The Phase 1 three-storey townhomes are designed to offer luxurious living while easily connecting residents to surrounding nature, parks, and trails.
