Town of Oakville continues to encourage residents to report concerns online

The Town of Oakville continues to encourage residents to report concerns online.

Residents can report issues through the Town’s ServiceOakville online tool, including winter road and sidewalk conditions, concerns about parking, coyote sightings and even graffiti.

Noise complaints and concerns about park maintenance, trees and woodlands, garbage, long grass and more can also be submitted through the tool.

“Spot a problem? Report it online! Use ServiceOakville’s online tool to report issues like winter road/sidewalk conditions, parking concerns, noise, coyote encounters and graffiti,” wrote the Town on Twitter.

Through the online tool, residents can also view an interactive map that displays open service requests (or cases) for issues regarding all these concerns.

The map works by enabling users to select a dot and zoom in to find open service requests in that area.

Residents may also enter an address or town facility name and select “find location” to display open cases at that location.
