The Toronto home of a Blue Jays star just hit the market for $6.4 million.
George Springer, whose Game 7 home run sent the Blue Jays to the 2025 World Series for the first time since 1993, and his wife, Charlise, have listed their Toronto home for $6,445,000, according to Leverage Global Real Estate.
Springer signed a six-year contract with the Blue Jays in January 2021 and has been a cornerstone of the club’s recent postseason runs.
The home, listed with Jason Fata and Krystle Fata of Sage Real Estate, a Leverage Global Partner brokerage, is a 5,300-plus-square-foot Georgian Colonial at 68 Dawlish Ave.
The solid stone home is set behind mature landscaping on one of Lawrence Park’s most established streets.
Originally built in 2005 and comprehensively renovated in 2019, the property was designed by Mazen Studio.

“In a world where so many big homes feel glamorous, this one has nothing to prove. Assured with enduring architecture and composed luxury, it doesn’t have to be showy to be sensational,” said Krystle Fata, Sage Real Estate.

The home opens with a skylit entry into formal and family living spaces with 10-foot ceilings, anchored by marble fireplaces and oak herringbone floors.

A designer kitchen anchors the main floor, with marble counters, a marble backsplash, gallery-like shelving and tailored cabinetry.

The primary bedroom occupies its own wing of the house with vaulted ceilings, over 12 feet high, a carved marble fireplace, a reading corner, an ensuite bathroom and a large custom dressing room.
“We often hear ‘bedroom retreat, but this one actually delivers. It occupies its own wing of the house,” said Jason Fata, Sage Real Estate.

Amenities include four-plus-one bedrooms, six bathrooms, custom millwork and wainscoting throughout, coffered ceilings and designer lighting.
Secondary bedrooms include a nursery and a children’s room with custom navy built-ins.
The location is central to the home’s appeal.

The property is steps from Alexander Muir Memorial Gardens, Lawrence Park Tennis Club, the Lawn Bowling and Croquet Club, and the Blythwood Ravine walking trails. Granite Club is five minutes by car, and Yonge Street’s shops, cafes and subway station are a short walk away.
“Lawrence Park will always be one of the best and most sought-after neighbourhoods in Toronto,” said Jason Fata, Sage Real Estate.
