The sales prices of these five upper-tier offerings ran from $1,250,000 up to $1,795,000.

3141 Niagara River Pkwy, Fort Erie

This 2,500 to 3,000 square foot detached bungalow hit the market on May 4 with an asking price of $1,799,000 and sold three days later for $1,795,000. Sitting on a huge 142.4 feet by 337.5 feet lot, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom house has parking for 11 cars.


2 Applewood Crescent, Grimsby

This three-bedroom, four bathroom, two-storey detached went on the market for $1,595,995 on May 2 and sold exactly a week later for $1,590,000, roughly $6,000 under asking. Sitting on a 93.54 feet by 120 feet, the interior is estimated to be 2,500 to 3,000 square feet and it has parking for eight vehicles.
