Top 5 most expensive homes sold in Hamilton for over $ 2 million

Hamilton’s real estate saw some fluctuations in June, with the average price of home sales capped at $851,359, according to a study by real estate brokerage Zoocasa. However, this didn’t stop residents from buying luxurious properties across the city.

The five most expensive homes sold, were all above the $ 2 million mark. From sprawling estates, to properties by the lake, several exotic homes switched hands this past month, here’s a list collated by Zoocasa:

71 Lakeview Dr:

This four bed and four bath luxury mansion spans over 3,000 square feet of livable space. The house boasts a stamped concrete driveway, surrounded by lush trees and manicured landscaping. The property was listed for $2,599,900 but sold about a month ago for $2,520,000. The kitchen showcases granite countertops, and a pantry wall with custom cabinets, offering ample storage space. Situated on the water’s edge, this property offers breathtaking views of the lake, providing a nature’s touch to this luxurious property.

58 Great Falls Blvd:
