Top 5 most affordable and least expensive homes sold in September in Brampton

Recent stats on the housing market in Brampton have shown that detached homes are in high demand, but with an average asking price of $1,211,000 a stand-alone unit may be out of reach for many residents.

To give a glimpse at how the condo and townhouse market faired last month, real estate website Zoocasa has rounded up the top five most affordable and least expensive homes that sold in Brampton in September:

313 – 8351 Mclaughlin Road South – $435,000

This one-bedroom plus den condo in Brampton South is located next to South Fletcher’s Creek Park and has large windows with a park view.

The building has amenities like guest suites, a meeting room, party room and visitor parking. There’s also an indoor pool, gym and bike storage with utilities included in the monthly maintenance fees.

906 – 24 Hanover Road – $440,000

At just over 750 square feet, this one-bedroom condo has a surprising amount of features in a small space. The unit has ensuite laundry and three closets including a walk-in with extra shelving, marble windows sills, a mirrored ceiling in the entrance area and comes with one parking stall included.

Building amenities include a pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, squash and racquetball courts, tennis courts, and a billiard room.

216 – 50 Via Rosedale Way – $485,000
