This is one of the largest Mississauga meetup groups. These 1,700+ gamers gather frequently with multiple weekly meetups sure to fit your schedule. Gaming locations are scheduled in local public venues such as community centres and libraries and are free to all participants. You can bring your own games (be ready to teach the rules) or take part in a game brought by another gamer. Currently there are meetups scheduled every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with ad-hoc game days in between.

Mississauga Star Gazers

This group is for those who love astronomy. Gather with fellow fans of space to gaze at the moon, planets and stars. There is no need to have your own telescope, but you are welcome to bring them to dedicated meetups if you do have one. This meetup engages in events by the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada at the Riverwood Conservancy on Burnhamthorpe Road. In addition to meeting up with fellow amateur astronomers, there are talks and presentations by speakers on various topics.

Mississauga Karaoke Singing Meetup

Let your inner songbird free with this meetup group of karaoke singers. If you have always wanted to break into screen-lyric song but have been a bit bashful, this is the perfect meetup for you as meetings take place in a private room with professional equipment. The positive safe space allows you to practice your singing skills in a comfortable setting. Meetups occur the first Thursday of each month with an admission price of $10. Meetups are generally attended by around 15 singers per session so there will be friendly new faces to match new voices to as you develop your tune.

Mississauga Movie Club

The group ensures high standards are kept by having a three-strike no show policy and a $5 one-time membership fee. Mississauga Square Dancing Meetup

Get your dancing shoes on with this jolly group of fun people. No experience required as you will be taught how to square dance by fellow group members. This is a great way to get exercise and meet new people. All ages are welcomed and there are no special clothing requirements to start dancing. Meetups are held frequently and refreshments are provided at a nominal fee.
