Tim Hortons flatbread pizza offered in select Canadian cities after test marketing in Mississauga

Tim Hortons is expanding its flatbread pizza trials after an initial test in Mississauga this summer.
Some Tim Hortons restaurants in Mississauga began to test the market for flatbread pizzas in August. The pizzas were also sold in Brampton, Oshawa, Halton and other parts of the GTA and were priced at $6.99 to $7.99.
Tim Hortons says the pizzas “went viral” and the test marketing continues.
The initial varieties included pepperoni, cheese, chicken parmesan and sausage and jalapeno.
But now three choices — chicken parmesan, pepperoni and simply cheese — are being tested in Ottawa, Winnipeg and Calgary.
Tim Hortons will be closely monitoring feedback from the public before deciding if it will make the pizzas a permanent menu item.

People in the Ottawa area can sample the pizzas at the Tim Hortons at 407 March Road, Kanata tomorrow (Feb. 16) from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
