Thunderstorm warning with potential nickel-sized hail in Mississauga, Brampton and Milton

Mississauga, Brampton and Milton residents should watch out for some potentially stormy weather.
Meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm today (August 28) that is capable of producing strong wind gusts, heavy rain, and potentially nickel-sized hail.
“This cluster of severe thunderstorms is located from Kettleby to Erin, moving east at 50 km/h,” says Environment Canada.
Residents are advised to take cover immediately if threatening weather approaches, as the combination of strong wind, rain and hail can potentially cause damage and injury.
