It hasn’t been long since Tim Hortons introduced the Double Double Timbit. And now they have introduced another one!

The Cinnamon Sugar Timbit is an old fashioned style Timbit with cinnamon and sugar on top. It is featured now at every Tim Hortons across Canada.

However, this Timbit isn’t exactly new. The Canadian franchise introduced it in 2017, but for a limited time only. Hopefully now it is here to stay.

But that’s not all! We have three exciting ways to enjoys the new Cinnamon Sugar Timbit.

Cake Pops

Ingredients:
  • Cinnamon Sugar Timbits
  • A chocolate bar (either milk, dark or white chocolate)

  • Sprinkles (optional)

  • Lollipop sticks

Method:

Heat a cup of water in a saucepan, place a microwavable bowl on top of the pan facing up. Break up the chocolate bar into small bits into the bowl. Once, all the chocolate is melted, remove the bowl.

Dip one end of the lollipop stick into the chocolate, then insert into the Timbit about half way through.

Dip the Timbit in melted chocolate, making sure it is completely covered. Let the excess chocolate drip into the bowl. Carefully shaking or tapping the stick will help this process along.

Place the stick into a piece of styrofoam or a dish with holes until the chocolate is set. Add sprinkles if you want!

Enjoy!

Cinnamon Sugar Timbits With Caramel Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Cinnamon Sugar Timbits

  • Caramel sauce

Method:

Dip the Timbits into caramel sauce.

Timbit Flower Bouquet Birthday Cake

Ingredients

  • Cinnamon Sugar Timbits

  • Chocolate truffle or fudge (something with a thick consistency)

  • Skewers

  • Birthday candles

Method:

Slide three Timbits on each skewer. A good idea is to make the birthday person’s age equal to the number of skewers. For example, if the person is seven then use seven skewers.

Then, fill a teacup with chocolate truffle or fudge.

Place the skewers into the teacup.

Add birthday candles to each skewer.

Enjoy!
