Three Port Colborne residents up on drug charges

Niagara Police have arrested three Port Colborne residents on numerous drug-related charges,

A month-long investigation by the police resulted in two search warrants for homes in the King Street and Union Street area yesterday (August 11).

Police say they found $2,800 worth of cocaine and blue fentanyl in the searches.

Shane Beauregard, 47, of Port Colborne was charged with two counts of drug and trafficking offences, possession of a weapon and failure to comply with probation order.

Kelly Flowers, 42, of Port Colborne was charged with two counts of drug offences and one possession of property obtained by crime.

Jason Nagy, 43, of Port Colborne faced one charge of drug offences and one of possession of property obtained by crime.

Both Beauregard and Flowers were held for a bail hearing and released August 11 while Nagy is slated to appear at the Welland Courthouse tomorrow.
