Three on the lam after Niagara Region shooting

Three suspects are on the lam after a shooting in Port Colborne.
Niagara Regional Police announced the shooting at 7 p.m. on Feb. 28. They have provided sparse detail as yet, but confirmed shots rang out near Concession Rd. 6 and Wellandport Rd., a rural area just south of the Welland River.
Police have announced a shelter-in-place request as they track down the three people. They’ve brought in K9 units to search the area for the trio.
Investigators say more information will follow when available.
