A number of new COVID-19 cases were reported at grocery store and supermarket locations in Durham throughout the past week.

From June 13 to 19, cases were reported at the following locations:

  • Real Canadian Superstore, 481 Gibb Street, Oshawa – June 17, 2021 – The employee last worked on June 10
  • Fisher’s Your Independent Grocer, B30 Beaver Avenue, Beaverton – June 19, 2021 – The employee last worked on June 13

We’ll continue to post updates on individual cases as they’re reported throughout the past week.

CORRECTION: The public relations department at President’s Choice has declared that due to a “human error” when reporting a case in Western Canada, and a “mix up in store numbers”, a positive case at the Wholesale Club located at 400 Glen Hill Drive, Whitby was added to Loblaw.ca in error. “We can confirm that there are not any positive cases at our Wholesale Club in Whitby.”
