Hamilton Top 100 Brunch Spots
For those of us who love to brunch, it may come as no surprise that three Hamilton restaurants have been listed among the Top 100 Brunch Spots in Canada.

For those of us who love to brunch, it may come as no surprise that three Hamilton restaurants have been listed among the Top 100 Brunch Spots in Canada for 2022.

In honour of Mother’s Day (hint, hint), the restaurant reservation app Open Table unveiled the list of top brunch spots based on reviews shared on the app by actual diners.

All restaurants were also rated according to Food, Service, Ambience and Value out of a score of 5.

This year, Hamilton has a strong showing on the list with three of some of the city’s favourite eateries featured.

Hess Village’s Electric Diner is the first to appear on the list. Given the eatery’s incredible service, fun and relaxed atmosphere, not to mention its colourful and absolutely delicious menu, this is a well-earned recognition.

Overall, Electric diner earned a 4.4 rating for food, a 4.5 for service and ambience and 4.3 for value.

Rapscallion & Co. is the next Hamilton hotspot to have made the list. Again, no surprises here as Chef Matt and his crew have been raising the culinary bar in the city for years now. The atmosphere and innovative (and always changing) menu is luxurious, romantic and delectable.

In terms of both food and service, Rapscallion earned a 4.9 rating, a 4.8 for ambience and 4.6 for value.

The final Hamilton restaurant to make the list is The Mule. This Mexican eatery is also a sister restaurant to Rapscallion and is therefore equally dedicated to providing a unique and unforgettable dining experience.

Diners rated The Mule 4.7 for food, 4.6 for service, 4.5 for ambience and 4.4 for value.
