Mississauga shooting on Creekbank Road

Peel Regional Police have reported three car crashes in the last hour in Brampton and Mississauga prompting road closures and hospital visits.

The first such crash was reported at 4:55 p.m. near Wanless Dr. and Creditview Rd. in Brampton’s western reaches. Two cars collided and blocked off the northbound lane on Creditview Rd. Police, Brampton Fire and Peel Region Paramedics are on scene.

There has so far been no word on the conditions of the drivers or if any passengers were involved.

Next, at 5:02 p.m. two cars collided on Winston Churchill Blvd. and Dundas St near the southern tip of Mississauga by the Oakville border. Police shut down the eastbound lanes on Dundas St. between Winston Churchill Blvd and Woodchester Blvd.

However, all roads have since been reopened. Neither driver was injured in this crash.

Finally, at 5:12 p.m., four cars crashed into each other near Kennedy Rd. and Clarence St. closer to the centre of the city. Emergency crews are at that scene as well, but again have not shared details about who is involved or their conditions.
