Two-car crash in Mississauga closes busy intersection

A two-vehicle crash in Mississauga’s north end this afternoon (May 1) has shut down a busy intersection to traffic.
Peel Regional Police say they don’t know the extent of any injuries suffered by occupants of the vehicles, which collided at Creditview and Bristol Rds. just before 2 p.m.
However, according to reports, four people were taken to hospital, including one in serious condition.
Police say the intersection has been closed down while their investigation continues.
Drivers are urged to avoid the area.
