Three Brampton men charged with multiple break-ins in Windsor area

 Three Brampton men are part of a group facing numerous charges for multiple break-and-enter incidents in the Windsor area.

All from the Greater Toronto Area, the four men were snared by the Windsor Police Property Crimes Unit in an investigation that began in early February.

Police responded to an incident at approximately 1:30 a.m. on Feb. 9 in the 1700 block of Dominion Boulevard where a group of males had been witnessed trying to unsuccessfully enter a residence.

While the suspects fled before police arrived, the officers were able to get a description of their vehicle. York Regional Police were able to help identify the suspects.

The property crimes unit discovered a residence in the 8400 block of Menard Street where they believed the male suspects were staying.

Windsor police surveilled the address where they discovered a vehicle matching the description of the one used in the Dominion Boulevard incident and multiple males matching the description from the break and enter.

Police would discover multiple breaks-in had taken place in LaSalle that same day, with firearms and other stolen property taken in these incidents. Similar suspect descriptions and vehicle descriptions were reported.

The four suspects were arrested without incident and a warrant to search the residence was obtained Feb. 10, where inside police found the stolen firearms and other property reported stolen in the LaSalle break and enter investigations.

The four suspects facing charges are:

 

Darryl Campbell, 28, of Brampton:

  • Break and enter
  • Possession of stolen property
  • Three counts of possession of a firearm obtained by crime
  • Three counts of occupying a motor vehicle with a firearm
  • Two counts of possession of an unloaded regulated firearm with readily accessible ammunition available
  • Three counts of possession of a firearm obtained by crime

 

Dumark Lindsay, 38, of Brampton:

  • Break and enter
  • Possession of stolen property
  • Three counts of possession of a firearm obtained by crime
  • Three counts of occupying a motor vehicle with a firearm
  • Two counts of possession of an unloaded regulated firearm with readily accessible ammunition available
  • Three counts of possession of a firearm obtained by crime
  • Eight counts of possession of firearm while prohibited

 

Paul Nkrumah, 34, of Brampton:

  • Commit offence while wearing a mask
  • Break and enter
  • Three counts of possession of a firearm obtained by crime
  • Three counts of occupying a motor vehicle with a firearm
  • Two counts of possession of an unloaded regulated firearm with readily accessible ammunition available
  • Three counts of possession of a firearm obtained by crime
  • Eight counts of possession of firearm while prohibited

 

Jordan Saccucci, 31, of Innisfil:

  • Break and enter
  • Possession of stolen property
  • Three counts of possession of a firearm obtained by crime
  • Three counts of occupying a motor vehicle with a firearm
  • Two counts of possession of an unloaded regulated firearm with readily accessible ammunition available
  • Three counts of possession of a firearm obtained by crime
  • Four counts of possession of firearm while prohibited
