Three face 40 charges after Oshawa raid turns up guns and drugs

Three people have been arrested on nearly 40 collective charges after an Oshawa police raid found gun, fentanyl and methamphetamine.

On Mar. 23, the Durham Regional Police Community Response Team raided a home on Elmgrove Ave. in the city’s downtown, just down the street from the Oshawa Centre, police said.

In the house, police found two guns of an unspecified make as well as an unspecified amount of fentanyl and meth. The officers arrested three people from Oshawa including;

  • Emma-Rae Jessen, age 27, on 17 charges,
  • James MacDonald, age 37, on 14 charges,
  • Junior McKnight, age 52, on three charges.
