The following is a summary of active COVID-19 cases reported by Halton schools as of October 18 to 22.

Residents are reminded that these cases were not necessarily transmitted in the schools themselves. They may have been transmitted elsewhere in the community.

About 84 per cent of Halton’s vaccine-eligible population has been fully vaccinated. This week, Pfizer asked Health Canada to approve the first vaccine for children ages 5 to 11.

Unless otherwise noted, the schools are open.
