This week will feel a little more like fall in Hamilton, Niagara, Mississauga and Southern Ontario

This coming week in Southern Ontario will be a little more seasonal with temperatures being a little cooler than we’ve seen in the last couple of weeks and the possibility of frost on Monday and Tuesday.

Sunday’s blustery grey skies are expected to keep things cool into Monday (Oct. 18), so much so that there is a slight chance of frost Monday morning, particularly outside of urban areas, according to The Weather Network.

The risk is even higher on Monday night into Tuesday morning, the weather agency noted, adding that the risk will be short-lived as the sun makes its appearance.

Things will warm up quickly across the GTHA and Niagara Region, as an abundance of sunshine will help to bring temperatures back into the high teens and possibly low 20s by midweek.

By Thursday, grey skies and an increased chance of rain will cool things down once again as we head into the weekend.
