A third person has been arrested on first degree murder charges in connection with the death of a 63-year-old man whose body was discovered in the Ottawa River just over a year ago.
Robert Prevost from Clarence-Rockland was reported missing in March 2025 and his body was found in the Ottawa River on May 17, 2025.
Yvon Vieno of Ottawa, 38, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in Prevost’s death this week.
Vieno is the third person charged in the case. Previous arrests include Jessica St. Michael (June 11) and Luc Décarie (June 4). All three have now been charged with first degree murder.
