Thieves target Milton neighbourhood to steal cars

A Milton neighbourhood was the scene of 10 stolen vehicles in the past week.

According to the Halton Regional Police crime map, the vehicles were taken from the area contained within Steeles Ave. E. in the north, Bronte St. S. to the west, Louis St. Laurent Ave. to the south and Fourth Line to the east.

The vehicles were take between October 31 and November 4.

Makes and models of the vehicles are not known.

Specificially, vehicles were stolen on Main St. E., Hamman Way, Ontario St. S., Wilsn Dr. Harwood Dr. Lawson Rd. Charles St., Moreland Cres. and Symons Crossing.

Since the beginning of this year, 193 vehicles have been stolen in MIlton.
