There was a double shooting last night in Mississauga.
A man and a woman were shot in Mississauga, according to Peel Regional Police.
According to police, it happened outside the townhouses around Bristol Road West and Whitehorn Avenue area late Monday night around 9:40 p.m. (May 22).
Both victims were transported to the hospital in life-threatening condition. But police later said their condition had stabilized.
The suspects remain outstanding, and no suspect information has been released.

There is a heavy police presence at the scene, and the public is being asked to avoid the area.
Police say this was an isolated incident, and there are no public safety concerns.
