The wait is almost over — Mississauga’s most popular Starbucks will reopen in the new year.

The Port Credit Starbucks at 111 Lakeshore Rd. W.  closed for renovations on Oct. 11. The cafe cleared out its stock and closed at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 11.

Initially, they planned to open in late November. That was pushed to early December. But it seems like the renovations are taking longer than expected.

The cafe will reopen on Feb. 2, according to a post on Instagram.

“We can’t wait to be back at Starbucks Port Credit in the New Year. See you all soon,” the Port Credit Starbucks posted.

There are still no details on the renovations — but customers won’t have long to wait to see for themselves.

And there are a few choices nearby that people can visit to get their coffee fix. The closest Starbucks are at 362 Lakeshore Rd. E., 960 Southdown Rd., and 2100 Hurontario St.
