A new Vietnamese restaurant has opened in the Burlington Centre food court.

The Art of Pho is a growing chain of food-court restaurants that offers local diners a wide array of authentic southeast Asian cuisine.

There are six styles of the house specialty, pho noodle soup, that range in cost from $12.99 to $13.99.

There are also six banh mi sandwiches, including lemongrass chicken, lemongrass pork, pork belly, Korean bulgogi beef, grilled steak and grilled tofu and mushroom that cost $8.49 or $9.49.

Other available dishes include spring rolls, tempura shrimp, mango salad, bento box specials, rice platters, and vermicelli noodles.

“Most international visitors when travelling to Vietnam will head to a restaurant to order pho,” said a spokesperson for the eatery.

“We are proud to carry out the mission of preserving and promoting this unique culinary culture tradition of Vietnam and we are proud to introduce it to all Canadian friends as well as our Vietnamese community. Hopefully, when you come to The Art of Pho, you will be satisfied and enjoy a precious part of Vietnamese cuisine in Canada.”
