Haunt Manor Niagara Falls
"Welcome to my nightmare..." Haunt Manor in Niagara Falls might just be the scariest hayride that's ever existed.

Going on a hayride conjures up images of freshly fallen snow, sipping warm cider, and being under a cozy blanket with loved ones.

Haunt Manor turns that idyllic imagery on its head and brings on the scary – a hellish hayride, if you will.

It all takes place just west of the Battle of Lundy’s Lane historic graveyard where the bloodiest battle in history took place in 1812 where the souls of long-dead soldiers come out at night to haunt the living.

The 220-year-old farm that is Haunt Manor (9387 Lundy’s Lane) takes hayriders around the property to six different locales – all haunted houses and mazes – that will have heartbeats soaring and its back.

While it began at the end of September, there’s still some spookitude left this season as Halloween edges closer with Oct. 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, and 29 rides from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. (Sundays run from 7 pm to 10 pm.)

“Starting in our parking area our team of over 100 actors, staff, and design crews are specially trained to entertain and frighten you, providing a memorable experience for your entire family or group,” Haunt Manor promises.

“There is a corn maze section which also includes three separate Haunts and there is the old Pew Barn house incorporating three Haunts in this that run one into the next… featuring the Dark magic side show by Mentalist/Illusionist Edward Stone.”

Haunt Manor has added a special Monday performance on Sept. 30 with three wagons on this special Halloween performance as participants “enter the eerie realms of Clown World, RedSaw Lab, Haunted Diner, and more.”

This special Late Night Stage Fright promises “fresh music, a brand-new restaurant, merchandise areas, and a chilling beer garden.”

Claiming the title as the “number one Halloween event in the country,” Haunt Manor asks, “Will you escape the unfolding terrors? And what ghastly tales await at 13 Manor Drive this Halloween season?”
