A vehicle caught fire late Wednesday night in Mississauga, leading the Peel police to advise motorists to avoid a major intersection.

At 10:15 p.m., the Peel Regional Police received a report about the blaze at Central Parkway and Meadows Boulevard. No injuries were reported, but motorists should take alternative routes until further notice.
