Tactical and K9 Officers Investigating Armed Bank Robbery in Mississauga

Officers are on scene investigating a robbery this evening.

Police were called at 7:42 p.m. for a bank robbery in the area of Rathburn Road and Capilano Court.

According to police, the suspect wore a ski mask, robbed the teller with a hand gun, and fled with a small amount of cash.

No injuries have been reported.

Tactical and K9 officers are searching for the suspect, who fled the scene on foot.

Residents may want to avoid the area for now.
