Suspects found in Niagara Falls break-and-enter

Niagara Regional Police have arrested three suspects from a June 16 break-and-enter at a Stanley Street store. 

At roughly 2:15 am on June 16, the suspects allegedly gained entry to the store through the roof, according to the police report.

Once inside, it is alleged they stole merchandise, mostly watches, with an estimated value of $30,000 before fleeing the scene on foot.

On June 23, the three were arrested and following a search of their Ottawa Avenue home, the police say they found property connected to the break-and-enter.

The three arrested are Chase Brian Belward, 20, of no fixed address, Denise Charmaine Taylor, 49, of Niagara Falls and Joseph Francis Rudgene, 40, also of Niagara Falls.

All three have been charged with break enter and commit theft to an address other than their home and were released pending a trial date.
