Suspect arrested in connection to stabbing in Brampton

Peel Regional Police (PRP) has charged a man from Brampton in connection to a stabbing.

On November 14, PRP was called to a residence in the area of Clark Boulevard and Folkstone Crescent. Upon arrival, officers discovered a man suffering from a stab wound.

The victim was transported to a trauma centre in non-life-threatening condition.

On November 15, PRP arrested 30-year-old Omar Roberts from Brampton.

Roberts was charged with Aggravated Assault, Breach of Peace Bond, and Breach of Probation.

Today (November 16), Roberts was held for a Bail Hearing and appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice in the City of Brampton.
