Despite the official arrival of fall (Sept. 23) the summer weather will linger a little bit longer this week in Mississauga, Brampton and surrounding areas.
Last week, daytime temperatures averaged 21 C, gradually dipping to 10 C and lower in the evenings. A similar weather pattern is expected over the next seven days.
Starting today (Sept. 24) it will be partly cloudy with temperatures reaching 19 C, where it will remain for the greater part of the day— cooling to 13 C by early evening.
According to Environment Canada, Monday will bring plenty of sunshine, clear skies, and temperatures climbing to 22 C, before turning partly cloudy in the evening with temperatures shifting to 15 C.
Meteorologists anticipate a cloudy Tuesday with a high of 18 C. Cloudy periods are also expected for the evening with temperatures moving down to 11 C.
The Weather Network predicts a mix of sun and clouds for Wednesday with temperatures hitting 20 C during the day before dropping to a low of 10 C —marking it as the chilliest day compared to the week.
For both Thursday and Friday, temperatures will be 20 C with sunshine and cloudy breaks. As the evening approaches, temperatures will fall to 11 C.
With Saturday on the horizon, the day will be a mix of sun and clouds with temperatures rising to a high of 22 C.
It seems like it will be a dry week, as meteorologists have not mentioned the probability of rain in the forecast!
